The Haven Experience is the heart of what we do. A 60-minute Aufguss guided ritual led by our trained Practicioners, combining cycles of Heat, cold, essential oils, music, and breathwork.
No marble floors, no background jazz, just heat, cold, breath, and presence. You'll leave in clearer mind, lighter body, and grounded in energy.
